Common questions
How do I log a session?
Tap Log hours, pick the goal and the length, then tap Log it. You can change the date to yesterday or add a note first. To fix or delete a session later, tap it under Recent sessions.
How do I change my goals?
Tap the gear, then a goal under Goals. You can rename it, change its hours or pick a different scene. Tap Add a goal to have up to four.
My sessions aren't showing up on my other device.
Both devices need to be signed in to the same Apple ID with iCloud turned on. Open the gear on each device and check the iCloud section, which shows when the app last synced or why it can't. Sync usually takes under a minute once both devices are online. Opening the app on the other device can speed it up.
How do I import hours from a spreadsheet?
Tap the gear, then Import a spreadsheet, and choose an .xlsx or .csv file. Any sheet with a date column and an hours column works, and Type and Note columns are read too. From Google Sheets, use File ▸ Download ▸ Microsoft Excel first. You see a preview before anything is added, and sessions already in the app are skipped.
How do I get a copy of my data?
Tap the gear, then Export as CSV. The file has the date, goal, hours and note for every session, and it opens in Numbers, Excel or Google Sheets.
How do I delete my data?
Tap the gear, then Erase all sessions. That removes them from every device on your iCloud. Deleting the app removes its data from that device.
Does the developer see my hours?
No. Sessions stay on your devices and in your private iCloud database, which the developer can't read. The privacy policy has the details.
